Work is delivered according to the scope, timelines and deliverables agreed in a written proposal. Any change to scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Fees and payment
Fees, retainers and advertising budgets are set out in your proposal. Advertising spend is billed separately from management fees unless agreed otherwise.

Marketing performance depends on market conditions, budget and business factors outside our control. We commit to the agreed strategy, execution and reporting.
